All sessions are $80 for 60 minutes (53+ minutes of service); sliding scale available. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

I see therapy as a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of patterns that may be shaping your life and relationships. I tend to show up as calm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, and I value real, honest conversations. Rather than giving quick answers, I’ll work with you to explore and come to your own understanding.

I use a relational, psychodynamic approach, focusing on how your past experiences and relationships shape your present. I also incorporate EMDR-informed techniques when appropriate.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, I enjoy dancing salsa, working out, reading, and playing video games in my free time.
