I especially enjoy working with young adults and multicultural clients. While my background has primarily been with adults, I am also open to working with children and exploring whether this is a population I would like to continue working with as I grow in my counseling experience.

All sessions are $80 for 60 minutes (53+ minutes of service); sliding scale available.

No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. I view you as the ultimate expert on your own life. Together, we’ll work to make sense of complex emotions, uncover unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and reconnect you with your inherent strengths. When working with me as a mental health counselor intern, you can expect a space grounded in presence, honesty, empathy, and curiosity. I aim to foster an environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self and moving at a pace that feels safe for you. My goal is to support you as you gain clarity, build self-confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I was drawn to counseling by a lifelong curiosity about people's stories and the pivotal experiences that shape who we are. I’ve always believed in the power of having someone walk alongside you to help make sense of your life story without judgment and empower you to overcome obstacles. Before beginning my formal training, I worked alongside individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. That experience showed me how transformative it is to have someone listen with genuine compassion, especially during life’s most difficult or uncertain moments.

I love working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including immigrants and anyone navigating major life transitions. My focus includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, family stress, and cultural adjustment. As an immigrant and a mother, I deeply understand how personal struggles intersect with family roles, cultural expectations, and the heavy responsibilities we carry.
