I’ve always been drawn to getting to know people deeply, and my own experiences with mental health and being on the other side of the therapy room gave that interest a clearer sense of purpose. Therapy showed me how powerful it can be to feel genuinely understood and accompanied through difficult seasons of life, and over time I realized I felt called to offer that kind of space to others.

I don’t see healing as a final destination, but as an ongoing journey of becoming more aware, more compassionate toward ourselves, and more intentional about how we move through our relationships and our lives. I feel genuinely honored when people trust me with their stories and allow me to walk alongside them through meaningful parts of their lives.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure what to expect or where to begin. My hope is to make the process feel a little more approachable. I want our sessions to feel more like a real conversation than a clinical interview. There's room to laugh, ramble, or sit with something hard.

My approach is collaborative, relaxed, relational, and rooted in an attachment lens. I believe our relationships can act as important mirrors, often revealing the ways we’ve learned to seek connection, protect ourselves, respond to vulnerability, and understand our own worth. My aim is to help you recognize these patterns, understand where they may come from, and explore how they continue to shape the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we can work toward making positive changes where you feel ready.

Our therapeutic relationship is one of the most valuable parts of the process. I strive to create a space that feels warm and genuine, where you can set your own pace and show up as you are. I believe you already carry a great deal of wisdom about yourself, even if it doesn’t always feel accessible. My goal is to help you uncover and reconnect with that understanding while offering support as we make sense of what you’re experiencing together. While we may confront difficult emotions and truths along the way, I also believe in making space for moments of humor, growth, and recognition of the strengths you already carry.

I enjoy working with teens and adults across different stages of life, and particularly enjoy working with young adults. I’m familiar with the unique challenges this stage of life can bring, both internally and in the world around you. With so much change happening at once–pressure to figure out who you are and what you want, shifts in how you relate to others, and growing independence while still carrying old patterns and expectations–it can be helpful to have a space to slow down and reflect.

I especially enjoy exploring themes of relationships and attachment, self-esteem, and self-worth. I’m also passionate about raising awareness around PMDD and supporting individuals navigating the ways cyclical mood changes can impact relationships, self-concept, and daily functioning.

Having moved to Texas from Mexico at a young age, I grew up navigating both Mexican and American cultures. Growing up biculturally has shaped the way I think about identity, belonging, family, and the different expectations we can carry depending on the spaces we’re in.

Outside of the therapy room, I love reading and writing, going to concerts, traveling and exploring different cultures, and spending time with the people I care about. I also deeply appreciate slowing down and doing absolutely nothing–usually by watching movies or TV, listening to music, and giving myself space to recharge.
