Taking Up Space is a 10-week therapy group created for Latino/a/x adults who are looking for connection, healing, and community.
Identity is shaped by culture, family, community, language, and lived experience. This group offers space to explore those experiences while cultivating belonging and self-understanding alongside others who may recognize parts of your journey.
Through reflection, conversation, and supportive community, participants are invited to embrace their stories, deepen their relationships with themselves and others, and practice taking up space without apology.

To begin, complete the registration form below. Your responses will be reviewed by our clinical team to help determine whether the group is an appropriate fit for your needs and goals.
If approved, a member of our team will contact you with next steps, including a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. The deposit will be applied toward your group fees.
Group sessions are $65 per session and meet weekly for the duration of the group. The total cost will depend on the number of sessions offered for your selected group.
If cost is a barrier, pay-what-you-can options are available. We believe financial circumstances should not prevent access to care, and we're happy to discuss available options with you.
