Purpose:
Woman’s Connection Circle is an 8-week relational processing group created to bring women together across cultural, generational, and life differences. The group offers a safe and supportive space for women to share experiences, deepen self-understanding, and build meaningful connections that are rooted in respect and emotional safety.
Through shared reflection and intentional dialogue, participants are invited to strengthen relational skills, increase awareness of personal patterns, and experience a sense of empowerment that comes from being seen and supported in community. Connection, inclusion, and mutual respect are central to the group and serve as foundations for emotional well-being.
Age Group:
Women 18+
This group would be best for women who:
- Desire authentic connections with other women from diverse backgrounds
- Feel isolated
- Are navigating life transitions
- Struggle with expressing needs, setting boundaries, or communicating emotions
- Are seeking a supportive, respectful, and honest community
What are group sessions like?
Group sessions will consist of between 8-10 participants and will be intentionally structured to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters connection while honoring individual physical and emotional boundaries. Respectful communication, confidentiality, and emotional safety are foundational to this group’s experience.
Sessions are designed to build trust over time, cultivate a sense of belonging, deepen self-understanding, strengthen relational skills, and promote empowerment through shared experience.
Sessions will consist of the following:
- Group discussions that include open conversations where members can reflect together and offer support, as well as more structured sharing circles where each person has uninterrupted time to speak while others practice attentive listening.
- A mix of large, and small, group activities, including sharing personal stories, collaborative creative expression, peer mentoring conversations, and structured dialogue
exercises.
- Calming practices such as guided breathing, mindfulness, and body-based awareness exercises designed to support and practice regulation.
- Sharing reflectings on take aways from the session, either verbally or in writing. A briefwritten reflection may be offered as a tool to support continued insight and integration between meetings.
