Experiential Elements:
- Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method activity and Guided reflection: “What parts show up when I feel stressed or unsafe?”
- Journaling or small-group discussion on common protective patterns
- Psychoeducation on nervous system responses and emotional safety
- Empathizing with an emotion or part mindfulness activity.

- Emotional boundaries as internal guidance, not external rules
- The connection between burnout, resentment, and misaligned values
- Identifying core values (e.g., authenticity, connection, rest, integrity)
- Recognizing when behavior conflicts with inner truth
Experiential Elements:
- Values clarification exercise
- Reflection: “Where in my life am I saying yes when my body says no?”
- Exploring the emotional cost of abandoning personal values
- Group discussion on redefining boundaries as self-respect

Session 3: Intentions, Inner Narrative, & Living with Purpose (90min) - May 5, 2026 @7:30PM

Theme: Integration and intentional living
Focus:
- How core beliefs and internal narratives influence daily choices
- Identifying limiting beliefs that conflict with values
- Understanding the difference between goals and intentions
- Cultivating intentional responses instead of automatic reactions
Experiential Elements:
- Guided exercise: Rewriting the inner narrative through a values lens
- Intention-setting practice grounded in self-trust (not self-improvement pressure)
- Reflection: “What would it look like to live one small part of my life more in alignment?”

Participants leave with a personalized set of core values and intentions they can return to during moments of stress, transition, or decision-making.
