A 12-week group to better understand your stress, and build a new relationship with it.
Stress doesn’t just live in your mind. It shows up in your body, your energy, your sleep, and your relationships. This group is designed to help you notice, name, and shift the ways stress is showing up in your life, using research-backed strategies and small, sustainable resets.
Grounded in the books The Vagus Nerve Reset by A. Ferguson and The Five Resets by A. Nerurkar, this psychoeducational group blends education, reflection, and practical action.
Each week, you’ll:
- Reflect on how stress is affecting you lately
- Learn a simple “Tool of the Week” to try between sessions
- Explore how your nervous system, habits, and environment interact
- Share in open, low-pressure dialogue (if you want to)
From understanding your brain’s stress response to resetting your vagus nerve, we’ll explore the nervous system, the stress cycle, and how small shifts in your habits and mindset can support calm, connection, and clarity.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply want new ways to care for yourself, this group offers a supportive space to experiment, get curious, and build more resilience one week at a time.
Runs weekly from September through November.
