An 8-week virtual group for People of Color with ADHD to deepen self-understanding, find community, and honor your lived experience.
Living with ADHD in a non-white body comes with unique challenges—and strengths. This group offers a space for Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Global Majority individuals to explore their ADHD experience through a culturally responsive lens.
Together, we’ll combine tangible strategies for working with your nervous system and executive functioning with meaningful connection and support. Each session blends practical tools with space to process, reflect, and reframe your story.
Over eight weeks, you’ll:
- Learn how your ADHD brain and nervous system function uniquely
- Explore the layered impact of culture, identity, and neurodivergence
- Receive a downloadable workbook to accompany your growth
- Connect in a community that sees and affirms your full self
This is not just about managing symptoms. It’s about reclaiming the narrative—learning to live in rhythm with yourself, not against yourself.
Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have known for years, this group welcomes you into a space of curiosity, validation, and self-trust.
