I was drawn to therapy because I’ve seen how powerful it can be to have a space where you don’t have to pretend. What keeps me going is witnessing the small shifts, such as when someone speaks a hard truth, finds language for something they’ve always carried, or begins to feel just a little more like themselves. It’s a real privilege to be part of that process.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You're the expert on your experience, and I’m here to help you explore, untangle, and make sense of what’s been heavy. My style is warm, attentive, and curious. I pull from different modalities like CBT, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, depending on your needs. At the core of it all, I believe healing happens in safe, honest relationships, and I try to offer just that.
I’m originally from Austin, and it still feels like home in all the best ways. Outside of work, I’m someone who recharges with long walks around quiet neighborhoods, tending to my houseplants (some thriving, some existing), and getting lost in the rhythm of pottery. I love comfy and cozy corners, cloudy days, and slow mornings with a good latte. I’m always on the lookout for hole-in-the-wall food spots and love the feeling of discovering something great and unexpected. Just like in therapy, I value depth, curiosity, and spaces that feel safe enough to just be yourself.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and will graduate in December. My clinical training focuses on trauma-informed, attachment-based, and culturally sensitive care.
