Jennifer Gonzales

As the CCC, I’m usually the first person clients talk to or emails  to when they reach out to COAC. I help connect them with the right therapist and work with both the client and clinician’s schedules to get the first appointment. I also answer any questions they might have and try to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I’m organized, pay close attention to detail, and genuinely enjoy helping people. With experience in customer service and administrative roles, I’m comfortable communicating with others and handling sensitive information with care. I always do my best to ensure clients feel supported and at ease from the very first call or email.

On my personal life, I enjoy DIY crafts, from restoring furniture to making jewelry with my daughter, as it gives me a creative outlet and quality time with her. I also love to travel, although I don’t get around to doing it as much as I’d like—my dream is to spend a month exploring Europe. Lately, I’ve also rediscovered my love for books; nothing beats getting lost in a good thriller.
