  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing

  • Master of Arts, Counseling

  • Licensed Professional Counselor, Texas License #74121

I have supported many clients facing these same challenges and I would like to help you.  I strive to provide a therapeutic counseling environment where my clients feel comfortable sharing their challenges with me.

I see couples and individuals who are interested in making their relationships more joyful, peaceful, and rewarding.  My clients and I work together to improve all types of relationships such as spousal/partner relationships, mother/daughter relationships, friend groups, roommates, sibling relationships etc.

I am a relational therapist and therefore focus on creating a non-judgmental and safe space for my clients so that we may explore their specific counseling needs. Once the individual needs have been identified, we will roll up our sleeves and get to work to address these challenges.

I am the mother of two great kids; a very busy college student and a very special – special needs child.

I have been through marriage and divorce and therefore, I understand first-hand the complex thoughts and feelings that accompany those experiences. Witnessing how those experiences affected me and my family has led me to do relational work.

I have attended therapy (did I mention the marriage and divorce?). Therefore, I know what it is like to sit in the other chair!

I am welcoming to all faiths.

I have enjoyed humor throughout my life.  I also include it, when appropriate, in therapy sessions as I find that laughter can be very healing.

I am a confirmed PEANUT BUTTER LOVER!
